  • Usage data: Interactions with the app (e.g., clicks, features used, session duration).
  • Device data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: Used for basic analytics and session management.
    • You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Information We Receive from Third Parties:

  • Vendors:
    • Analytics providers who analyze your interaction with our Services.
    • Third-party customer support providers.
    • Vendors who help us generate leads and create user profiles.
  • Third Party Accounts:
    • If you connect your social network accounts or sign in through a third-party service, some content and/or information from those accounts may be shared with your account with us.

  • Service Providers for infrastructure, analytics, AI features, support, and hosting.

  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data that is Not Personal Data

We may create aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data from the personal information we collect. This data does not identify you individually and may be used and shared for lawful business purposes, such as improving our services or developing new features.

  • Conversation audio recordings may be kept for 24 hours after the call ends, to ensure transcription and processing goes smoothly during Beta.
  • Transcripts may be kept for the duration of the Beta program.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Data Transfers: If you are located outside the United States and choose to use our Services, you understand that your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

8. California Residents' Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with a Service, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g. backups, etc.).

Our Service is not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has shared personal information with us in a manner that contravenes this Privacy Policy, please notify us at support@jazmo.ai.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date and, if the changes are significant, notify you through the Service or by email.
